Vishtek is a federally certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut. We are a full-spectrum IT and consulting firm serving federal, state, and enterprise clients — delivering technology solutions that are honest, efficient, and built to last.
Founded in 2021 Vishtek was built to solve a systemic failure in enterprise IT: the massive disconnect between the teams writing the security policies and the teams deploying the infrastructure. We built an alternative—a firm where rigorous technical depth, straight talk, and genuine accountability are non-negotiable.
Today, our team is actively engaged with clients including the Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT), where we are configuring their enterprise ServiceNow GRC/IRM environment — delivering risk management and compliance capabilities that state agencies rely on daily.
Executive Leadership
Sheetal Parikh - President & CEO
Sheetal brings over 25 years of hands-on technology experience across cybersecurity, software development, SaaS platform management, and enterprise IT leadership. Before founding Vishtek, she served as CTO for a global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) SaaS platform supporting 50,000+ users across 100+ countries. In this role, she drove a 58% reduction in security costs and directed the company’s software development wing—engineering net-new applications for enterprise CSR organizations while leading cross-functional teams across three continents.
Built on a rigorous Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and backed by a CTO certification from the Wharton School, she is a named inventor of U.S. Patent 11,126,963 for Supply Chain Compliance. She grounds this executive leadership in deep technical reality, holding advanced engineering certifications in enterprise systems architecture (MCSE+I), database administration (MCDBA), and Java software development (JCP)
She founded Vishtek after watching large organizations waste significant resources on technology implementations led by teams disconnected from the actual engineering. Vishtek is her answer to that problem—a firm where technical depth, straight talk, and genuine accountability are non-negotiable.
